The Senator - Triptych Windows Series

THE PIN: Padme's window revolves around Naboo, not just because it's her home and the place where she was queen, but because that's where her love for Anakin was realized, and that's where she meant to return with their family someday. The view in the stained glass is the view from the balcony where she and Anakin stood together - and it's framed in the shape of the japor snippet he carved for her. The roof is the roof of the royal palace in Theed, but then it turns into the silver wings of her senate crown. The flowers in the archways are magnolias, representing dignity, nobility, and perseverance.

THE SERIES: A triptych is a piece of art that is divided into three, fairly common among old stained glass installations. The goal with this series is to create enough pins of beloved SW characters for people to build their own triptych in a custom frame resembling a stone wall we hope to fund. These 5" pin-on-pins will have the character opaque in the foreground while the window behind will mainly be transparent/stained glass, expect for smaller areas.
