THE PIN: Din Djarin's pin is framed by stout pillars that represent strength and oaths - here standing for the Mandalorian creeds, and the Way - and set with the Mandalorian Iron Heart (that diamond motif that is carried by most Mandalorian warriors). For flowers we chose the gladiolus (from the Latin word for "sword"), which symbolizes strength of character, victory, and pride. The back of the window is also patterned with the swirls of a beskar ingot. But at the center of it all is the iconic moment that would eventually change everything for Din, as well as the Razor Crest, home.
THE SERIES: A triptych is a piece of art that is divided into three, fairly common among old stained glass installations. The goal with this series is to create enough pins of beloved SW characters for people to build their own triptych in a custom frame resembling a stone wall we hope to fund. These 5" pin-on-pins will have the character opaque in the foreground while the window behind will mainly be transparent/stained glass, expect for smaller areas.
